Respect. Empower. Nurture.
Our Beliefs
Every child requires a secure environment to foster a sense of belonging and understanding. Inclusion is a collective responsibility that necessitates the involvement of families. Trust, connection, and respect are fundamental principles that underpin our approach.
Lived experience holds significant power and influences our ability to provide effective support to others. Tailored support interventions have the potential to transform the outcomes for children and their families.

Ownership Experience
With over three decades of experience in early childhood, early intervention, and community development, I possess extensive knowledge of child development, neurodiverse needs, and inclusive practice. I am passionate about creating safe and supportive environments where every child feels understood, valued, and included.
My commitment to this work is deeply personal. As a caregiver for my brother, who has an intellectual disability, and an advocate for my children with learning difficulties, I am acutely aware of the challenges many families face. My lived experience as neurodiverse person has provided me with a profound understanding of sensory needs, overwhelm, and the significance of early support and inclusive communities.
Our Team at Events
During community events, I work alongside additional staff who are carefully selected for their experience supporting children with sensory needs.
